Egg in a frame or One Eyed Jack.
4 simple steps.. I have made this since I was a kid.
Not pictured is a tiny dab of butter or margarine.
I commonly use the lid from my Lawry's seasoned salt to make the impression in the bread and tear out. I almost always put a dash of seasoned salt on my eggs so win-win. Both the bread and egg have roughly the same times to cook so you get perfect eggs every time.
To go from Egg in a Frame to One Eyed Jack just add Montery Jack cheese to the top after you flip it.

You can either eat the hole or fry it up too as a little medallion of toast...
